Vee Coffee Costa Rica Tres Rios and the Vee Sulawesi Toraja Kalossi age Brauner in flavor, body, fullness and soft balanced acidity very similar, though with very slight superiority of Sulawesi.
The government of Costa Rica has recognized their outstanding position for premium coffee with rigid government regulations and controls the cultivation and distribution. The best growing regions of Costa Rica in the regions of Tres Rios and Tarrazu, the best growing locations are above 1500m and are classified, named SHB (Striktly hard bean). The best quality of the Tres Rios (Bella Vista, La Magnolia) is mild and sweet, with lively acidity and balanced abundance. Tarrazu is generally slightly acidic and less complex (La Minita Tarrazu, Dota Tarrazu, Delta Tarrazu).
VEE sets the standard for unique and exceptional coffee Länderröstungen. Mr. Scharaffia is the soul of the house with a phenomenal understanding of coffee, Hr. Tismer other hand, is responsible for buying locally. VEE is a pleasure of the highest quality. I know very few people who are familiar with coffee and their optimal roasting as good as Hr. Scharaffia, Hans Wolfram Tismer Kusaya and his wife, called VEE. One might think that they have only made this his life's work to toast only the best coffee in the top of the range.
It sounds very pompous, but VEE uses this maxim consistently. Here are traditionally hand-selected Arabica beans are roasted gourmet coffee of the best locations, so-called Grand Cru coffees from Indonesia, East Africa and Latin America. Only in the high mountain regions under excellent climatic conditions slow ripening and thus considerably harder Grand Cru coffee beans are suitable for thorough, intensive and much more aromatic roasting.
Therefore develop all VEE uneingeschräkt their characteristic aroma, an intense aroma and all the typical flavors of coffee, the coffee industry in many no longer are just noticeable. Second, the Vee coffee have also significantly less acid, more wealth and phantastsiche lasting flavors. Already covered with vibrant shine, fresh roasted beans give off an intense fragrance.
We get the coffee pot imperiously from the last VEE coffee roasting.
