The secret of the original Italian roast is a harmonious combination of blend, roasting and preparation which culminates in a unique please. Segafredo Zanetti, il vero Espresso italiano. Only washed beans are used for Segafredo Zanetti Extra Mild. They are roasted slowly and gently. Similar to decaffeinated coffee this method is used to extract bitter acidity from the beans leaving a harmonious acidity structure behind which is so important for the flavour. According to the grades Segafredo Mild and Extra Mild this coffee still has lower caffeine content. It is therefore nearly free of irritants and very gentle on your stomach.
