The philosophy of Schreyögg roasters from Rabland is as simple as it is good: coffee has first priority and deserves to be processed with utmost care and as much added value as possible. All varietals are selected with an eye to the perfect harmony of each of them in the blend and gently and traditionally slowly roasted. Acidity is well balanced, the crema is light-coloured and thick which is why Schreyögg Schümli is in much demand for big cups. For traditional espresso, Cappuccino or Latte macchiato it is lacking a little in richness. Suitable for almost all coffee machines, but also for gold filters (for medium to coarse grains) and as filter coffee. |
