The raw coffees for Schreyögg Organic 100% Arabica come from organic farming. The outstanding features of Schreyögg Organic 100% Arabica are its full body, balanced acidity as well as a strong and full flavour.

The raw coffees for Schreyögg Organic 100% Arabica come from organic farming. Bologna-based Intstituto di Certificazione Etica e Ambientale (I.C.E.A) which also supervises the Italian Demeter organisation certified it as organic.

Organic coffee farming set itself the goal of cultivating crops with regard of the environment. Artificial fertilisers and herbicides are not used. Trees and other useful plants casting shadow are used to keep out weeds instead.

In order to achieve maximum quality high-grown Arabica coffees are used the growth of which is much slower and then reflects in a better quality. The coffee’s best features are its full body, the fine balanced acidity and the full and lasting flavour. It is perfectly suited as espresso. For machines with filter baskets please grind more finely.
