For Pellini Espresso Decaffeinato caffeine is extracted by means of the water method from the best Arabica beans. So far so good. That is when the efforts really usually start. I think that Pellini Decaffeinato is lacking a body and partly also volume. A coffee machine produces a nice aroma that does not live up to expectations and is only short-lived. It is different with good professional machines, but who has them at home? This is only my personal opinion. I am not criticising Pellini. Pellini Caffè’s head office is situated in Via Giulari on the northern edge of Verona. They also use the names Sao Kaffee, Caffè Roberta, Mokalceste, Moka Adi, UIK, Eda and Las Crema del Caffè for their roasts. |
