At last Pellini got the knack. This organic Pellini is pure poetry. For a long time the opinion was prevalent that all they got right was Pellini Top Class 100% Arabica. Now they have proved the opposite. As with Top Class only the best high-grown coffees from various origins, certified under EU directive 2092/91 as organic coffee, are used. As with all high-grade coffees the proper selection of Arabica varietals matters for Pellini Organic Espresso. For standard coffee only the most important and often most inexpensive coffees are used. For this one 6 to 8 different varietals are used, a) for achieving the richness and balancing acidity; one to two varietals for carrying the aroma and more contribute to an optimum flavour. All this marries individual beans into a perfect first-class blend. Slow and gentle hand-roasting in a rotating drum is another aspect for combining all aromatic components and almost completely extracting bitter acidity from the washed Arabica beans. A marvellous blends which can fully recommend.
Also ideal for the office as ground coffee. Please use the Bialetti Moka Express or Bialetti Deco which produce better coffee or espresso from the Pellini Organic Espresso than some cheap coffee machine. You will be really amazed. Price per 1000g = € 27.96. |
