Passalacqua Espresso Coffee - Ibis Redibis, 1000g Beans

The Ibis Redibis Passalacqua is probably the entry-level version of the roaster. The Ibis is relatively strong with a slightly rough, but pleasant malty note.

Perfect for Macchiatto latte or cappuccino, as he prepares a fabulous crema.

Like all the glare of Passalacqua, including the Ibis Redibis is roasted dark and relatively typical Southern manner. This espresso Ibis is relatively strong with a full and intense flavor, so it is especially good for all milk mixed with coffee.

The high percentage of 40% Robusta, the Ibis, he has a pleasant malty note, and also produces a fantastically dense crema.
