Mokaflor Chiaroscuro is an excellent blend of first-class raw coffee from the best origins – smooth and harmonious mouthfeel with an elegant chocolaty note. Mokaflor Chiaroscuro is a coffee for gourmets who love this fine and elegant flavour. It is an excellent blend of the best raw coffees. Gianni Bernini goes his own way producing this Mokaflor Chiaroscuro to attain the best quality. He uses exclusively handpicked Arabica beans such as Touron Arabica from Costa Rica with its fine vanilla note, Antigua Pastores from Guatemala with its fine chocolaty notes, adds high-grown low-acidity beans from Mexico, the full-bodied and strong Santos from Brazil and the spicy flavour of Sidamo coffee beans from Ethiopia. This roast will reach its perfection in a slow and separate roasting of each varietal in a rotating drum, which lasts between 15 and 18 minutes. That is why Mokaflor Chiaroscuro is a mild and smooth coffee with a harmonious smooth flavour. The pure Arabica blend does not produce a perfect crema. However, as black coffee Mokaflor Chiaroscuro is pure poetry. |
