Mocambo Suprema is the golden means for classic coffee connoisseurs – based on a new concept for perfect harmony of flavour and richness.

The proprietor of the medium-sized roasting company is an Italian body and soul. His life and philosophy is how to make first-class coffees. For almost 30 years the Drago family has been living in Germany and added to our enjoyment by adjusting their coffee brands exactly to German tastes.

Still it is an insider tip, yet given the outstanding quality and first-rate price-performance ratio it might not be for much longer. Without compromising, they set great store by the best quality of the raw coffees and concentrate on what is absolutely essential. Other than many producers who try to jump on any bandwagon that comes their way and often lose the latter, they roast their coffees slowly and carefully in a rotating drum for between 12 and 15 minutes. Mr Drago virtually has a feel for when his coffee has reached the proper degree of roasting. The result is worth inspecting.

This new brand uniting the positive characteristics of both blends and roasts is called SUPREMA. It has a medium-strength flavour and a good crema, is perfect for nearly all coffee machines, has a wonderful balance and harmony for breakfast and Schümli coffee, yet it is still fantastic for espresso, Cappuccino or Latte Macchiato.
