Moak Special Bar Super Miscela is a strong full-bodied coffee with a nice crema and a long-lasting flavour – strong, tangy and exquisite presence.
Special Bar is also among the prestigious roasts of Moak roasters from Sicily. Only the best high-grown Arabica coffees from Central and South America are used for this Moak Special Bar. In order to preserve each varietal’s particular flavour and aroma each of them are roasted separately and then blended. This method is very time-consuming and complex, yet the quality speaks for itself. 1000g of coffee beans make about 140 cups of coffee which reduces the price per cup to only 13.5 cents.
