Il Caffè di Mauro has a lot in common with Mauro Atto Primo. Both consist of an exclusive blend of high-grade coffees from the best origins that are processed and roasted according to an old family recipe. Only high-quality Arabica coffees from the best origins in Brazil, Costa Rica, Honduras, Guatemala, Columbia and Puerto Rico are used for this coffee. Like with most Mauro coffees it is roasted slowly in a rotating drum for 18 to 21 minutes, which makes for the characteristic harmonious flavour devoid of bitter components. As a result Il Caffè di Mauro is smooth, elegant, full-bodied aroma and flavour and a perfect crema. The notes are finely tuned which reflects in an excellent presence. In the Bialetti Mocha pot, it develops the flavour and aroma of typical Italian espresso. |
