Mauro De Luxe stands for strength and passion – a medium spicy coffee with excellent crema and aromatic flavour.
This De Luxe is really Caffè Mauro’s extraordinary roast. On the one hand, it is strong and tangy, on the other, pleasantly aromatic and has a splendid crema because of the first-class Robusta coffees used. Mauro roasters use exactly this De Luxe to present their brands at fairs. This alone tells more about the high quality of Mauro De Luxe. Like with most Mauro coffees it is roasted slowly in a rotating drum for 18 to 21 minutes which makes for the characteristic harmonious flavour devoid of bitter components.
As with most South Italian coffees, it has medium caffeine content. Nevertheless, this coffee is a classic all-rounder and is therefore used in many Cafés in Italy and Germany.
