90% Robusta and 10% Arabica, spicy and full-bodied.

Presumably because of its interesting price Mauro Vending Value is one of the best selling brands of Torrefazione Mauro. I would call it a coffee meant for those who want to switch from supermarket coffee to their first Italian roast.

Due to the high percentage of Robusta coffees which have approximately twice as much coffee oil as Arabica coffees it makes for an excellent dense crema. It still tastes a bit out of balance and robust, yet taken with milk and 2 to 3 pieces of sugar it is quite acceptable.

All in all quite a good coffee with harmony, good flavour, presence and typical Italian character.
