Mauro Onda d’Oro is a first-class coffee with a splendid harmony, flavour and presence – with chocolaty overtones.
By this Onda d’Oro Torrefazione Mauro try to match the taste of North Italian coffee drinkers and they have managed very well. Like with most Mauro coffees it is roasted slowly in a rotating drum for 18 to 21 minutes, which makes for the characteristic harmonious flavour devoid of bitter components. This blend of first-class Arabica and Robusta coffees is still typical of a true South Italian coffee, however, it also incorporates the balance and harmony usually only found in North Italian blends. The conflictive aromas are perfectly united. Onda d’Oro is without a doubt among the best Italian coffees and having a sip really titillates your palate.
