Mauro Decaffeinato is processed by the complex wet technique, also known as the Swiss Water Method, which preserves the full aroma on the one hand and extracts the caffeine from the beans, on the other. The subsequent slow and gentle roasting at controlled temperatures in a rotating drum contributes to this coffee’s full and spicy aroma.
