At last Mauro brought out its own pads, also called servings, cialde, tabs or pouches; and as one of the few producers as decaffeinated coffee, too. After roasting and grinding they are compressed into clean pads and wrapped separately. Caffeine is extracted by the gentle but complex Water Method. As a result you get an elegant medium coffee and espresso following the best Italian tradition with a medium crema and excellent flavour. |
