Like every roaster in Italy Torrefazione Mauro also produces a highly prestigious brand for gourmets. Only high-quality Arabica coffees from the best origins in Brazil, Costa Rica, Honduras, Guatemala, Columbia and Puerto Rico are used for this coffee. Each varietal is roasted separately and slowly up to 21 minutes in a rotating drum before blending resulting in an optimum roasting degree of each bean and hence best quality.
It is smooth, elegant with a full aroma and excellent light and soft crema. The notes are finely tuned which reflects in an excellent presence. |
