Lavazza Gold Selection is an espresso with a pleasant mouthfeel and an intense aromatic flavour – an excellent full-bodied coffee with a splendid crema and medium caffeine content.

Lavazza Gold Selection used to be called Lavazza Super Oro. Whatever made the roasters rename it remains a mystery. Nevertheless this is a good blend, which consists of 80% washed Arabica from Brazil and Central America and 20% Indonesian Robusta. Lavazza Gold Selection is a full-bodied espresso with an excellent crema and pleasant chocolaty notes. Due to the use of washed Arabica coffees the caffeine content is very moderate.
