Schümli Café Creme is best known in Switzerland, where the term stands for coffee with a gentle soft, round and mild flavor with a nice thick crema, which in principle can also be used as the standard generic term.

For those long coffee Schümli Café Creme use Klaus Langen and Christop Brieden 90% premium Arabica with a share of 10% Robusta coffee beans. The different varieties of bean are then min for 12 to 15. roasted slowly and gently in a rotating drum, which gives in its fine elegant aroma and full-bodied taste. The coffee is roasted darker than traditional filter coffee, but not as strong as the espresso roasts. Ideal for preparation in coffee machines such as Jura, Saeco, and many other brands.
