Kimbo Espresso Gold Medal is the most prestigious among the ground coffees and thus also reflects the meticulous and quality-oriented work done at Torrefazione Kimbo in Naples. Only the best coffees from highland origins that are certified as organic coffee under EU directive 2092/91 are being used. How much exactly is still kept a secret by some roasters. With Kimbo Gold Medal these are eight different coffees that account for its richness and harmonious balance, the adjusted acidity, aromatic substances and the full-bodied optimum flavour. Only a lot of effort makes for the typical Italian taste. The slow and gentle roasting in a rotating drum ensures a thorough roast so that even in not so good years a perfect result is possible. As ground coffee and espresso it is also very recommendable as office coffee, for drip brewing and the classical Bialetti Moka Express. With the relatively simple Bialetti Moka Express you can get better coffees and espressos than with some cheap espresso machines. You will be really surprised.
