Jolly Espresso Decaffeinato is decaffeinated coffee for complete pleasure.

Due to much demand we have included Jolly Espresso Decaffeinato in our range of products. What sets this decaffeinated coffee apart is that only washed Arabica coffees are used. In Grassina near Florence where Jolly is based the coffees are gently processed and roasted. It is the arrangement of optimum characteristics which culminate in superior quality. Only high-grown coffees, certified as organic coffee under EU directive 9092/91, are used. The features producing the typical flavour in the different coffee varietals are brought out during the gentle roasting. This way each varietal contributes to an optimum result, one to the variety and harmony of aromatic ingredients, the other to balancing acidity, fruity overtones, body, richness or the lasting fragrance and presence. After roasting and cooling, the coffees are mixed into a perfect blend. This procedure is much more elaborate; however, we gain much inspiration from Jolly Espresso Decaffeinato as a result. It only contains 0.1% caffeine. Fragrance, bouquet and flavour of Jolly Decaffeinato are not inferior to those of the regular Jolly Crema. |
