The coffee roasting Izzo is based in Boscoreale in the Italian region of Campania, or more precisely, near the city of Pompeii in Naples. Izzo Caffe is becoming increasingly popular, and so export them before years ago, small roasting today throughout the world. A valve prevents flavor in the bags to lose the coffee beans in aroma or taste.

The Izzo Vivi Caffe Giamaica is subjected to a slow roasting at medium temperature and a duration of about 18 minutes. By this method, the negative acid and bitter substances are reduced to a minimum, the coffee typical characteristics such as volume, fullness and flavor on the other hand very well highlighted. This is also one reason why the roasted coffee beans, a uniformly dark roasting with an almost glossy casing have.
