A truly extraordinary roasting, because for the Costadoro Master Club is a mixture of the eight best Arabica coffee beans from Central and South America used (Brazil, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Brazil and East Africa). Each bean is roasted separately before blending, slowly and gently 12-18 minutes in the rotary drum, which ensures the optimum degree of roasting each coffee bean, and therefore provides the best quality. The gentle processing and roasting of coffee is relatively mild, soft and round but with full-bodied taste. This is precisely the great art and the secret of world-class coffee roasting.
