Mrs. Rose Caffe Espresso and are the highest line of MoKaMo, for which only the best selection of coffee beans are used.
Mrs. Rose are all uniformly roasted coffee only the best washed Arabica coffee beans from Brazil, Guatemala, Colombia, Costa Rica, Ethiopia and Kenya AA Estate. The green coffee beans are naturally long and carefully dried and thus have a very low moisture content of only 1.12%. This is especially important to ensure that the green coffee during storage is not oxidized and thus to taste loses.
The use of washed coffee beans premier sources as well as the separate, slow and gentle roasting each Bohnenvarietät, all Mrs. Rose coffee on a very small head fineness. Mrs. Rose coffee are all so very mild, soft and very well tolerated. The taste is Mr. Rose provide a harmonious balance of espresso flavor, richness and flavor and are in every respect a delight for the palate and senses.
For all the high quality of Mrs. Rose Espresso Italiano Espresso with the Certificate of Quality are excellent, which is awarded by the Chamber of Commerce of Trieste for the best espresso.
