Full-bodied with reduced caffeine content. Not just Arabica beans make a good coffee. There are indefinitely many different factors contributing to a coffee’s good quality. Caffè del Moro Grangusto consists of 75% delicately roasted Robusta and 25% Arabica. Much of the caffeine is extracted from the coffee by washing the coffee fruits several times and slowly and gently roasting the beans. This makes this brand the classical all-round coffee for morning, day and night. Caffè del Moro roasters have been taken over by Julius Meinl of Italy recently and now roast all their brands with the latest in technology in Altavilla near Vicenca. I have the impression that the quality has improved yet a little since.
