Brus Coffee Espresso Perlanera, 2.20lb whole beans

Excellent full-bodied blend of the best coffees. Delightfully smooth and mild with a pleasant sweetness and hazelnut-colour crema. Brus Perlanera is completely different from Chiccocrem. Perlanera consists of 80% Arabica and only 20% Robusta coffees and is thus made to fit mainly a South Italian flavour. Brus Caffè roasters have been taken over by Julius Meinl Caffè Italy and now roast all their brands with the latest in technology in Altavilla near Vicenca. I have the impression that the quality has improved yet a little since.
