The peak of enjoyment – Bristot Sublime is smooth, harmonious, has chocolate overtones and a full-bodied and lasting flavour.
Torrefazione Bristot which belongs to the Procaffe group has turned out a first-class roast when it created its Sublime 100% Arabica. A number of the best Arabica coffees from Central and South America (Brazil, Costa Rica and El Salvador) as well as East Africa have been selected for Bristot’s Sublime. Each coffee is roasted slowly and gently prior to blending to ensure optimum roasting of each and every bean and thus produce the best quality. Due to the gentle processing the coffee is relatively mild, smooth and mellow while still retaining its full body.
This leaves us to mention another positive aspect, i.e. Bristot Sublime is low in acidity and irritants which makes it a very mild coffee that agrees with your stomach. Bristot Procaffe roasters are situated in Belluno right next to Lake Garda. If you have been there you certainly have had a cup of Caffè, Latte Macchiato, Coffee Espresso or Cappuccino from Bristot. Around Lake Garda Bristot is the undisputed number one.
