Bonomi Coffee Espresso Blu Miscela Di Caffè consists of 100% best Arabica coffee and is the most prestigious of Bonomi’s coffees from Binasco near Milan. The best highland coffees certified as organic coffee under EU directive 2092/91 are used for this top-quality brand. As with all high-quality coffees a proper selection of Arabica coffees is what makes Bonomi Coffee Espresso Blu Miscela Di Caffè. Normally 6 to 8 different Arabica coffees from different origins are chosen for instance for the rich flavour, the harmonious balance of optimum acidity; one to two coffees are selected for their aroma and, above all, the full-bodied coffees for optimum flavour. All this unites individually good coffees into a perfect first-class blend. Slow and gentle roasting is another aspect which contributes to a perfect aroma composition through hand roasting in a redating drum on the one hand; it also extracts the bitter acidity from the washed Arabica coffee almost completely.
