The best highland coffees certified as organic coffee under EU directive 2092/91 are used for this top-quality brand.

As with all high-quality coffees a proper selection of Arabica coffees is what makes Bonomi Coffee Espresso Blu Miscela Di Caffè. Normally 6 to 8 different Arabica coffees from different origins are chosen for instance for the rich flavour, the harmonious balance of optimum acidity. One to two coffees are selected for their aroma and, above all, the full-bodied coffees for optimum flavour.

All this unites individually good coffees into a perfect first-class blend. Slow and gentle roasting is another aspect which contributes to a perfect aroma composition through hand roasting in a redating drum on the one hand; it also extracts the bitter acidity from the washed Arabica coffee almost completely.
