This gourmet coffee Plaisir Blaser has created a new and very interesting mix that has earned high praise from experts. Only by the packaging of the Golden Gourmet Plaisir at his most precious and valuable.
The Gourmet Plaisir consists of 100% high quality Arabica beans of different varieties and is (also called the City-roasting) with the average roasting fully to the preparation in the classic fully automatic, led by Saeco and Jura, aligned.
This is one of the most pleasant Röstart known for a long cup, since it has an almost perfect balance in flavor between abundance, flavor, complexity, depth, nuance, sweetness and acidity. The acidity is sometimes over-or underestimated, or generally perceived negatively, but he is like an excellent wine is an important and essential flavor carrier for the flavoring. This may be important, however, and here Spitzenröstungen differ quite substantially from cheap supermarket blends, the acid values predominate in any way and are matched exactly, because the coffee tastes bitter or otherwise highly acidic. In this context, is also very good and gentle tolerance of the gastric Blaser Gourmet Plaisir.
Another positive feature of the Blaser quality gourmet Plaisir is a matte silky sheen of the coffee beans, which is the result of a slow and gentle roasting. This is caused by escaping during the roasting process of coffee oils and is therefore particularly appreciated by experts.
The Blaser Coffee Gourmet Plaisir is a mixture, also called blend of premium arabica from Brazil (Santos), washed Arabica from Colombia (Excelso Armenia Medellin), washed Arabica from Guatemala (Antigua hard bean), Haiti (unwashed 5X), Indian Monsooned Malabar AA-Estate and Indonesian Arabica variety of Sumatra.
That's the Blaser Plaisir Gourmet slightly malty aroma with eventually, hints of caramel and dark chocolate, and has by the rich body a wonderfully persistent length. Since the Gourmet Plaisir is made of 100% Arabica, he developed in the preparation inevitably less crema. Because of the rich body he has been all but especially with milk drinks prepared very well against the dairy and is therefore also very good for latte Macchiatto.
Blaser Coffee is roasted in Bern, Switzerland, and although the Swiss citizens sometimes nachsagt some conservative behavior, this one the most modern coffee roasting company in the coffee industry. It has succeeded in the roaster Caffe Blaser, led by Marc Käppeli to develop a new packaging machine in which the beans are packed with very little residual oxygen content. This leads among others to the coffee beans have even after several months in the unopened bag of an outstandingly fresh and intense aroma. On samples and analysis was determined that various roasters work here with a residual oxygen content up to 15%.
Blaser Coffee is now led by Marc Käppeli, who is also on the board of Swiss SCAE Specialty Coffee Association Europe. Recently, Blaser Cafe is also a member of the Association Caffe Speciali Certificati CSC, based in Brescia, which is currently working with the most stringent criteria for CSC excellent coffee.
