Blaser’s Coffee Espresso Romand is a medium to dark roast. The advantage of a longer, more intense roasting is that the darker the roast the lower the acid content. At the same time the flavour and body become more discernible, the aroma is clearly noticeable as well as its character. By and large Blaser’s Romand is a very well-balanced and aromatic blend for the best in coffee flavour. Since Blaser is actually a raw coffee trader only the best varietals are chosen for their own coffee brands. If they are not available they d not produce the respective brand. This is somehow difficult in normal business; however, in the long run this is the only proper way since quality at a fair price will prevail. |
