Blaser’s Coffee Espresso Jubile Deluxe is a medium roast. Blaser’s roasters in Bern describe it as fine Deluxe blend. A little more initiative could be expected from such a well-renowned coffee roaster.
For their Jubile Deluxe Blaser’s roasters use an excellent mix of washed varietals of highland coffees from Central and South America. In order to unite the optimum characteristics of the bean varietals into a perfect coffee each varietal is roasted slowly at constant temperatures and in small batches in the redating drum. This way each varietal contributes to an optimum result, one to the variety and harmony of aromatic ingredients, the other to balancing acidity, fruity overtones, body, richness or the lasting fragrance and presence.
Only after roasting and cooling down the varietals are mixed into what is called a perfect blend. This procedure is much more elaborate; however, we gain much pleasure as a result. Jubile Deluxe is a truly extraordinary roast from Blaser. Fragrance and aroma are unique and have many facets. Its flavour is harmoniously smooth, well-balanced, full-bodied and excellent in presence. A first-class coffee of the highest order.
