Blaser Coffee Espresso – Lilla é Rose, 2.20lb whole beans |
|
 |
 |
Blaser coffee Lilla é Rose is the world champion’s coffee and has been number one of the Swiss Barista champion for many years.
The best in coffee is smooth and balanced, has chocolate overtones and a long-lasting flavour.
Blaser actually is a raw coffee trader which has its own buyers in more than 30 countries of origin. Time and again small batches of top quality coffees were on the market which, of course, were not suited for traditional industrial roasters. Since the proprietor of Blaser is, in a way, a coffee idealist, the decision to roast these coffees for the local market was quickly at hand. The success was overwhelming! In the Swiss Barista championships, only the best of which may take part in the world championships, Blaser Lilla é Rose took the first prize five times in six years.
That is why Lilla é Rose is the most prestigious of Blaser’s brands and given optimum marketing this coffee would put many other highly praised brands in the shade. Like La Brasiliana for their Marfisa brand Blaser chooses a selection of finest highland coffees from Central and South America. Aiming to marry optimum features of each coffee varietal into a perfect blend each of them is being slowly roasted separately and in small batches at constant temperatures in the redating drum. This way each varietal contributes to an optimum result, one to the variety and harmony of aromatic ingredients, the other to balancing acidity, fruity overtones, body, richness or the lasting fragrance and presence. After roasting and cooling the coffees are mixed into a perfect blend, packed and sold. This procedure is much more elaborate than many conventional coffees, however, we gain much inspiration from having Blaser’s Lilla é Rose as a result.
Blaser’s Lilla é Rose is an invitation and a promise. Its flavour is smooth, fruity, full-bodied and perfectly harmonious and has a lasting aroma.
Out of our range of 300 brands of Italian coffees and Coffee Espressos I would like to point out the quality of this coffee and of La Brasiliana Marfisa.
Without a doubt our number one. |
